Bubba Gump Shrimp Restaurant Experience

A few years ago I went to San Francisco's Pier 39 with a couple of friends. As we were walking around and having fun, we started to get hungry. It was around noon and we wanted to get some lunch. We didn't know what we wanted to eat, so we looked at the tourist brochure to see what choice restaurants were there. We came across the Bubba Gump Shrimp Restaurant. If anyone has ever seen the movie "Forrest Gump", you would know all about the Bubba Gump Shrimp Restaurant that has been built from that movie. Anyways, we decided to go to that place for lunch, and it was amazing. I couldn't believe my eyes. By the entrance to the restaurant, there was a bench and a pair of fake shoes, and beside the fake pair of shoes was a man that was dressed just like Forrest Gump! It was so cool! I think that he was a tourist attraction for the restaurant because he had the outfit, the box of chocolates and the accent. Before heading into the restaurant, we took a picture with "Forrest Gump". Afterwards, my friends and I got seated to a table and looked at the menu. The food looked great, but the prices are just a bit expensive. The atmosphere of the restaurant was a theme of "Forrest Gump". I was very happy because I saw the movie and loved it. Besides the amazing atmosphere, the food was also amazing as well. I can't wait til the next time to go back and eat at that restaurant for a second or third time!

Cookies

Cookies! Cookies! Cookies! Cookies! What can I say about cookies? They are sweet, they are crunchy, and they go great with milk. They also make a great past time snack. Cookies also make a great snack whenever and for whoever is in the mood for cookies. There are many different types and brands of cookies that it is hard to name them all. There are Mint Milano, chess cookies, Mint Brussels, chips ahoy cookies, Oreo cookies, vanilla wafers, and many more. And of course there are many flavors of freshly baked cookies. Flavors such as chocolate chip, white chocolate, white chocolate macadamia nut, peanut butter, Cinnamon raisin, vanilla, sugar, chocolate chunk, and snicker doodles. I know that there are many more, but they are the only ones that I can name at the top of my head right now. Cookies can be eaten for any day of the year. Sometimes many pastry chefs get creative around the holidays and create many types of cookies that go with whatever holiday is happening. Strangest thing to eat alongside an Oreo cookie, peanut butter! I know it sounds gross, but it actually tastes pretty good. If there's anyone who hasn't tried this yet they should. The reason why they should is because for one thing, any person willing to try something new is most likely bound to taste something very good.

Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt

I scream! You scream! We all scream for ice cream! What is ice cream you ask? It is a very yummy and delicious treat that many people love to eat. I love to eat ice cream and I know that I'm not the only one who does. Many people around the world eat ice cream in many ways and many flavors. Ice cream is a frozen desert that is usually and is always enjoyed to be eaten on hot days. Although it is strange that many people, such as myself tend to eat ice cream when it's raining or cold outside. Funny thing is that I really don't know why! I just do. There are many places There are many places to eat ice cream, places such as diners, restaurants, and vending machines. In many theme and water parks, you could get ice cream from a vending machine. And in most colleges, such as CSM, you can also get an ice cream treat from a vending machine. But I think that best place to get ice cream would definitely Baskin Robins. And if you want to go to a place to find some of the best tasting frozen yogurt, you would have to go to Yummy Yogurt. Frozen yogurt is like ice cream but is supposedly a lot healthier for you. Whatever the case, ice cream and frozen yogurt rules!

Everyone's Favorite Simple Pleasure: Chocolate

What is smooth, creamy, and melts in your mouth? Chocolate of course! I love chocolate! And I know that I'm not the only one who does. All over the world many people enjoy eating chocolate. Everyone that is, except the people that are allergic to it. Then they probably don't like it because they are really missing out on some really good stuff. But regardless to that, chocolate is enjoyed by many people. What is chocolate you might ask? What chocolate is, is a delicious solid made out of sugar, fat, milk, and of course cacao beans. The cacao bean is the main ingredient to what chocolate is made from. The cacao bean originated from Central America and Mexico. Chocolate comes in many different varieties such as milk chocolate, dark chocolate, white chocolate, and the occasional nut or filling of many combinations. Chocolate also comes in many types of combinations. Combinations such as truffles, candies, and baked goods. You can also make a good desert less boring by drenching or dipping it in chocolate. And of course, you can find chocolate in hot chocolate. Hot chocolate is one of the many chocolaty drinks that is served hot and enjoyed on a cold day or night. Other drinks that contain chocolate are chocolate milk, chocolate milkshakes, and surprisingly most alcoholic drinks that contain chocolate flavoring. I was surprised to find out that some wines have some chocolate flavoring in it. Then again, every day you learn something new. I was also surprised to find out that a certain Mexican sauce called Mole, that's usually drizzled over chicken, contains small amounts of chocolate ingredients. You just can't taste it since the ingredients are mixed in so well. Although the information is true, I just don't like Mole because I don't acquire the taste for it. As for chocolate, that's a different story. I love eating chocolate, hence my blog screename ChocolateLover88. Like I said before, chocolate can be created in many ways, eaten in many different ways and used in many different ways. So for everyone who loves to eat chocolate like me, the next time that they buy some chocolate, they should savor the taste, because it will be worth it when they do. Believe me, I know from experience!
